These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and the Operator.

Users are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and valid contact details.

The following rules apply to Account registration:

• One Account Only: Each individual may maintain only one Account on ys777. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent ban.
• Accurate Information: Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to void bets and withhold balances where fraudulent registration is identified.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the User has failed to maintain credential security.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and contact details current. The Operator will use these to communicate important account and Terms updates.

The Operator is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") procedures in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations and responsible gambling requirements. Users must cooperate fully with KYC processes as a condition of accessing withdrawal functions and certain platform features.

KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued identity document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence);

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are held for the purpose of wagering on the Platform only. The Platform is not a banking or savings service.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time, subject to payment provider processing. The Operator accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple Accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonus-related balances and Account suspension.

All bets placed on ys777 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the Platform displays a bet confirmation reference. A bet is not valid until such confirmation is received.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• The Operator reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, data feed errors or events where the outcome has been compromised by irregular activity.
• Live in-play bets are subject to additional latency risks inherent in real-time data transmission. Bets placed after an outcome has occurred may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed within the bet slip or the relevant market view.
• Bets placed on PSL, ICC, national cricket or other sporting events are subject to the relevant sport's governing rules as applied by the Operator's trading team.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the Operator's decision — made by reference to official result sources — shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ys777 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or financing of illegal activity;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Operator;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through systematic exploitation, multiple Account use or coordinated wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play;
• Exploiting errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in Platform software. Any such discovery must be reported to support immediately;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with Platform software or security systems;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform's normal operation or adversely affects other users.

All content on the ys777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, databases, page layouts and compiled information — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing or publishing Platform content without prior written consent;
• Commercial use of any Platform content or data;
• Systematic extraction of data from the Platform (scraping);
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the Platform without authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the Platform;

• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to maintain credential security;
• Any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account in the following circumstances, without prior notice where the situation warrants immediate action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or other criminal activity;
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims filed by the User against the Operator;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in the Operator's dormancy policy;
• At the User's own request for voluntary closure.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding compliance checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Requests for Account closure received after an amendment's effective date will be processed under the updated Terms.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document identify the current version of these Terms. Historical versions may be made available on request by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed to operate, as specified in the Platform's official licensing disclosures.

The Operator does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan or that Pakistani law governs these Terms. Users in Pakistan should seek independent legal advice before using the Platform.

Where a dispute arises between you and the Operator that cannot be resolved through our standard support channels, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism before initiating formal legal proceedings.
